For the Bowl:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (99% Fat Free)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped (optional but great for added veggies)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin (optional for flavor depth)

For the Base:

  • 2 cups baby spinach or kale
  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato (roasted or diced and sautéed)
  • 4 large eggs (or sub with egg whites if preferred)
  • Optional: 1/2 avocado, sliced (for topping)
