I started the 4You practice in 2019 with the desire to truly be able to help people look and feel their best! As a mom, spouse, daughter, friend, and healthcare provider I know we often put taking care of ourselves last! We must change that! You deserve to feel great too!
A little about me......
I hold two Master's degrees: Healthcare Administration and Advanced Practice Nursing. I am a Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I love to learn and strive to stay abreast of the latest technologies, innovations, and trends with health, wellness, and aesthetics. I began my nursing career in emergency medicine where I fell in love with the opportunity to help people in their most stressful times. I enjoyed the critical thinking. but felt more passionate about helping patients with disease prevention and wellness. I started my practice in Marion and have expanded to a larger office in Delaware as well. I live in Delaware, but grew up in Marion! A country girl at heart who went to Ridgedale. I was raised on a farm and love to ride horses. I am an avid daily distance runner and enjoy traveling, cooking, fine dining, and spending time with friends and family!

Hi!
My name is Winnie, and I am truly honored to be a part of 4 You Health & Wellness. In 2021, Ashley and I came together with a vision to help enhance the lives of others through improved health and wellness measures. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch that vision unfold! As Ashley’s mother, I am continually inspired by her unwavering passion and heartfelt commitment to serving and caring for others.

On a personal note, I am a proud mother of three children and blessed with three bonus children. My husband, Joe, and I have shared 21 wonderful years of marriage. Together, we are the grateful grandparents of 12 grandchildren. I cherish time spent with my family, enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Erie, and the tranquility of the water. I also enjoy home renovation projects and giving back to my community.

My professional background is rooted in food service, where I have spent the past 15 years transforming school nutrition programs to ensure students receive high-quality meals at no cost. I am deeply committed to the belief that no child should ever experience hunger. Through weekly volunteer work at local food drives, I have found great fulfillment in serving those in need. In recognition of this work, I was honored to be named Food Service Director of the Year in the state of Ohio in 2024.

Creating beauty is both physical, mental, and spiritual! I love helping people feel their best inside and out!

My journey here has been an interesting and exciting adventure! As a registered nurse in both Ohio and Kentucky, I have been given opportunities which clearly prepared me for where I am today! Initially, while working nights in a local hospital my supervisor invited me to join her in working at a Dermatology practice. In this environment, I was able to learn a great deal about skincare, even providing facial services to my own patients and assisting the physician with laser surgeries, sclerotherapy, wound care and a variety of other skincare procedures.

In 2017, my hair stylist suggested I join her team and open my own permanent makeup business within her salon. This idea took root and I opened my first location in Kentucky. In 2019, I moved back to Ohio and immediately opened my second location. I have continued to grow my business with knowledge, experience and technique and now also train, educate and mentor new artists
I am currently located in Delaware, Ohio and as of July 1, 2021 joined Ashley Tincher, Nurse Practitioner and owner of 4 You Health and her magnificent team! This joint venture brings my business full circle as I re-enter a clinical practice!! This is a game changer in the beauty industry and Ashley and I are thrilled to be working together and offering many unique beauty services to our clients!!
My husband, David is the Lead Pastor at Sunbury Christian Church and he along with my four boys, daughters-in-law and three granddaughters are my biggest fans! We enjoy travel, family, biking and loving on people!
