GIVE BACK:
We do request you donate a canned food item prior to the race so that way can give back to people in need. Collection boxes will be at the 4You Health offices and will be given to those in need on Wednesday before Thanksgiving! 

Please sign up and complete the consent form ASAP! That way we can ensure to have enough shirts made for everyone!
