What is MicroNeedling?
MicroNeedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure performed by a licensed professional that stimulates collagen and elastin production that are needed to keep the skin looking youthful and refreshed.  The needling actually produces small holes or micro-injuries in your skin which prompt new skin development.  Consequently, you are growing NEW skin and not continuing to age your current skin.  Resulting in reduction in fine lines/wrinkles, improved skin texture/integrity, minimizing pore size, and diminishing unwanted age spots.  MicroNeedling actually opens the channels in your skin to allow for penetration of the products we use versus our skincare products just laying on top of the skin.  Throughout the treatment hyaluronic acid is continuously being perfused into the skin.

Is the procedure painful?
Minimal discomfort because we use trifecta numbing agent that is very effective.

How long does the treatment take?
The actual treatment takes about 30 minutes.  The initial numbing takes approximately 15 minutes prior.  We offer 2 options. You can come pick up the numbing agent and apply prior to your treatment, or you can arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to have applied.  We know you have busy schedules and like to offer convenience in any way we can.  Your time is precious and we recognize that!

How long is the down time?
You can expect for your skin to be red similar to a bad sunburn for 2 days.  We request that you do not put makeup or other products on your face outside of what we provide for at least 2 days to optimize results.
